How long does it take?
Approval or denial of the application shall be issued to the applicant within forty-five days upon receipt of the completed application. Issuance of a registry identification card will occur within thirty days of approval.
How do I qualify?
- Must be a resident of the state of Delaware with proof of residency
- Must possess a physician’s certification indicating any of the qualifying medical conditions
- Must have corresponding medical records confirming the qualifying diagnosis
